Lupita sits in a quiet Galveston neighborhood — a brick building with a palm tree on the sign and a ramp out front. The kind of spot you find by word of mouth, and then tell everyone you know.
The walls tell the story
Step inside and the murals do the talking: hand-painted cobblestone streets, the Santa Catalina Arch in Antigua, a Guatemalan volcano rising in the background. These paintings give the dining room a soul that no amount of décor can manufacture.
